Refunds, rescheduling and what the fee covers. Straight answers.
A small fee keeps the calendar serious: the people who book actually show up. And the entire fee is credited back against your first plan if you decide to join, so it costs you nothing in the end.
Cancel or reschedule four or more hours before your slot for a full refund. Inside four hours, or a no-show, the fee is non-refundable. You'll see this again before you pay.
Nothing formal. Just come ready to talk about your goals, your history and what's been getting in the way. A quiet spot and a stable connection help. That's it.
No. If a plan is right for you I'll tell you which one and why; if it isn't, I'll tell you that too and point you in a better direction. The call is advice first.
Only if you ask. By default nothing is recorded. If you'd like a recording to revisit, just say so at the start and I'll send it afterward.
